Managing Director, Global Renewables UK Limited

David joined Global Renewables in May 2008 as Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the financial team in support of both operations and business development. In December 2008, he was appointed Managing Director. David is also Company Secretary of Global Renewables UK Limited and a Board Director for Global Renewables Lancashire Holdings Limited.

Prior to joining Global Renewables, David was with United Utilities Plc for 15 years where he held various senior financial positions including Finance Director for the Business Development and International Division.  He has extensive knowledge of structuring and financing PPP-type projects both in the UK and internationally.

David holds a BSc in Metallurgy from Leeds University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
